Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various roles. This position requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a passion for identifying top talent.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
Coordinate offer letter issuance and onboarding activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Understanding of labor laws and hiring compliance.
Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
