The Role

You will design, build and scale the systems behind our patient and doctor platforms, working across multiple tech platforms, majorly frontend . You will own features end to end, from system design to production performance, and use AI tools and workflows to build faster and smarter.

Experience Required

• 4-7 years of relevant experience (career started 2019 or later)

Frontend & Systems

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of caching systems like Redis
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ or SQS
• Strong system design and scalability skills
• Strong debugging and performance optimisation skills
• React and/or React Native
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, preferably TypeScript
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with familiarity with React / Angular / Vue

DevOps & Tooling

• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines

AI-Enabled Engineering (Important)

• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled workflows and coding using AI tools
• Projects built using AI (LLMs, AI agents, automation or AI-assisted development)
• A strong desire to keep learning and apply AI to real problems
