✍️ Blogs, case studies, landing pages & educational content
📊 Google & Meta advertising performance
🤝 Coordination and accountability with our external marketing agency
🤖 AI-powered content creation & marketing workflows
💡 New ideas to continuously grow Metricon’s digital presence
🔥 We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Has 4–7 years of relevant experience
✅ Has strong video editing + visual content skills
✅ Writes excellent English for a U.S. audience
✅ Can work independently and take ownership
✅ Understands social media + digital advertising
✅ Knows how to turn raw footage into compelling stories
✅ Is proactive, organized and constantly looking for opportunities
✅ Has a strong portfolio of work they personally created

Real estate / construction / architecture experience is a plus.

📍 Location: Pune preferred | Remote India considered
🕐 Schedule: India-based with regular U.S. Pacific Time overlap
💰 Compensation: Competitive, based on experience & portfolio
