Rate: $45–$47/hr on W2

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong hands-on experience developing scalable enterprise applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, cloud technologies, and AI/Generative AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
• Integrate AI/Generative AI capabilities into Java-based applications and enterprise solutions.
• Work with LLM/AI APIs, AI-powered services, or intelligent automation as applicable.
• Work with SQL databases and optimize application performance.
• Participate in application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement scalable and reliable solutions.
• Follow best practices for application security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AI/Generative AI integration in enterprise applications.
• Experience working with LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, or AI-powered application features is preferred.
• Experience with AWS/Azure, Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application development and distributed systems.
• Financial services, banking, or payments domain experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
