The City of Elk Grove, California, is seeking a seasoned CIP Engineering Manager to help lead a significant portfolio of public infrastructure investments across one of the Sacramento region’s largest and most dynamic communities. Reporting to the Public Works Director, this position leads a division of nine staff, supported by consultants providing additional project delivery capacity and specialized expertise and plays an important role in advancing the City’s five-year Capital Improvement Program, which includes 87 projects spanning transportation, mobility, public facilities, drainage, and other major community investments. As Elk Grove continues to invest in the infrastructure needed to support its growth, the City is also strengthening its in-house project delivery capacity, creating an exciting opportunity for a civil engineering professional to bring technical expertise, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to a highly visible program. SALARY AND BENEFITS

The salary range for this outstanding opportunity is $146,063.00 - $195,753.00. Placement within this range is dependent upon qualifications. The City is offering a $15,000 signing bonus. Relocation assistance may be available for the appropriate candidate.
