Remodeling Sales & Project Manager

BB-Builders Pro is a family-owned remodeling and construction company that started about three years ago. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly into an 8-figure company, specializing in residential remodeling and construction.

We’re looking for a Remodeling Sales & Project Manager who can take a qualified homeowner from the initial consultation through a successful project completion.

The best part? You won’t be responsible for cold calling, prospecting, or finding your own leads. Our team generates the leads and handles the appointment confirmation. Your job is to meet with qualified homeowners, understand what they want, present the right solution, close the project, and then stay involved to help ensure the project is delivered successfully.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands remodeling, enjoys working directly with homeowners, and knows how to combine sales, design/construction knowledge, and project management.

Compensation

$120K–$300K+ Annual Earning Potential

This is a commission-based, uncapped earning opportunity.

Your earning potential is directly connected to the projects you close and successfully manage. Depending on project size and performance, you could earn $10K–$20K+ per project.

The leads are provided. The appointments are confirmed. You focus on closing and delivering great projects

Your Core Responsibilities

SALES ABILITY

• Build relationships and establish trust with homeowners
• Lead consultations and understand client needs
• Present solutions and sell the vision
• Close residential remodeling projects

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

• Understand residential remodeling and construction
• Confidently discuss kitchens, bathrooms, interiors, and exteriors
• Understand materials, scope, and construction processes
• Interior design experience is highly preferred

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Help transition sold projects into production
• Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and client expectations
• Track projects using Buildertrend
• Identify issues early and help keep projects on track
