Role Summary

The Onsite MDM SME will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and offshore delivery teams for Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Master Data Management initiatives. The SME will provide functional and technical leadership across MDM, Customer Data Integration (CDI), Customer Data Quality (CDQ), and integration landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead solution design discussions for MDM, CDI, and CDQ capabilities.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide governance and best practices for master data management processes.
• Coordinate with offshore support and enhancement teams.
• Drive root cause analysis for critical production incidents.
• Review integration architecture involving MuleSoft and downstream applications.
• Support release planning, testing, and deployment activities.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and solution demonstrations.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Informatica MDM.
• Hands-on experience with IDMC CDI and CDQ.
• Experience in enterprise integration using MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of customer, product, supplier, or reference data domains.
• Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica CLAIRE AI capabilities.
• Certification in Informatica IDMC or MDM technologies.
• Experience in cloud-based data management ecosystems.
