Full Stack Developer — Golang, Python, React.js & Flutter

We are looking for a hands-on developer to maintain and enhance an AI-enabled inspection platform with cloud services, distributed processing, and web/mobile applications. The role requires strong backend development skills and the ability to take ownership of an existing system.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Golang and Python, including APIs, business logic, background workers, and integrations.

Build and maintain React.js dashboards and Flutter applications, including authentication, data views, media playback, alerts, and reporting.

Design and maintain REST APIs connecting field devices, processing servers, databases, and applications.

Manage video/file uploads, processing queues, job status updates, retries, and recovery from interrupted operations.

Integrate Python-based AI processing pipelines with backend services and publish results to applications.

Manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2, Amazon RDS, S3, IAM, and monitoring services.

Maintain relational databases: schema design, migrations, indexing, query optimisation, connection management, and backup/restore procedures.

Diagnose performance issues across APIs, databases, network transfers, CPU/GPU workers, and application interfaces.

Set up reliable service startup, automatic recovery, logging, monitoring, and operational alerts.

Maintain GitHub repositories, code reviews, release versions, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment/rollback procedures.

Implement authentication, role-based access, secure configuration, and appropriate handling of credentials.

Understand the existing codebase, address technical debt, and maintain clear installation guides, API documentation, and operational runbooks.

Work with the AI/ML and field deployment teams to investigate issues and deliver production fixes.

Required Skills

Strong programming skills in Golang and Python.
Practical development experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Flutter/Dart.
Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, preferably on Amazon RDS.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.
Working knowledge of Linux, Docker, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD.
Understanding of concurrency, background workers, asynchronous processing, retries, and duplicate-job handling.
Ability to debug an existing application using logs, metrics, database queries, and code analysis.
Experience writing useful automated tests and validating releases before deployment.
Ability to work independently and document technical decisions clearly.

Preferred Experience

Taking over and maintaining an existing production system.
Video processing, FFmpeg, large-file transfers, or media-based applications.
Integrating computer vision or GPU-based inference services.
Message queues, caching, and distributed processing.
Operating applications across cloud servers and edge devices such as Raspberry Pi.
