About the job
Who We Are:
Health Compiler is building an AI-first data activation platform for direct care and self-funded healthcare. We connect fragmented healthcare data and help organizations turn insights into coordinated action through analytics, growth tools, member management, and AI-powered workflows.
Our mission is to help healthcare organizations improve care, demonstrate value, and operate more effectively. We are building a team of people with integrity, ownership, curiosity, and a commitment to improving healthcare.
About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, collaborative Client Success Manager to help Health Compiler clients adopt our platform, achieve measurable results, and grow their relationship with us. You will own a portfolio of accounts across direct primary care, concierge and other direct care practices, healthcare networks, and self-funded healthcare organizations.
This is a commercially accountable role with responsibility for client retention, renewals, product adoption, and account expansion. You will translate client goals into clear success plans, demonstrate product value, and identify opportunities to expand usage across analytics, CRM, member management, and AI action agents.
You will work closely with Sales, Implementation, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues, improve workflows, and deliver a consistent client experience. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and can build repeatable processes as we scale.
What You Will Do:
• Own client relationships after the sales handoff, establish success plans, and coordinate onboarding with the implementation team.
• Drive adoption and utilization of relevant products and features through training, workflow guidance, and structured follow-up.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, lead discovery and product demonstrations, and partner with Sales to close expansion opportunities.
• Manage renewal readiness, communicate demonstrated value, and maintain accurate renewal and expansion forecasts.
• Learn Health Compiler’s product functionality and integrations well enough to guide clients and explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
• Run regular account reviews and executive business reviews with practice owners, physicians, operations leaders, and employer or plan stakeholders.
• Present measurable value using agreed metrics such as engagement, utilization, operational efficiency, lead conversion, and cost insights where supported by available data.
• Monitor account health, product usage, implementation progress, and stakeholder engagement to identify and address churn risks early.
• Own client escalations, coordinate resolution across internal teams, and communicate clear timelines and updates until closure.
• Capture client feedback, document requirements, and work with Product to prioritize recurring needs and communicate roadmap decisions responsibly.
• Maintain complete account records, next steps, risks, renewal dates, and expansion opportunities in HubSpot or the designated CRM.
• Build repeatable onboarding, training, business review, and renewal playbooks that improve team efficiency and client outcomes.
• Follow company security and privacy practices when handling client information and healthcare data.
What You Will Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
• A demonstrated record of retaining clients, managing renewals, and generating upsell or cross-sell revenue from an existing portfolio.
• Experience working with U.S. clients and the ability to support meetings during U.S. business hours from Pune.
• Strong presentation, product demonstration, meeting facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and translate their business goals into practical adoption plans.
• Comfort interpreting dashboards, usage trends, KPIs, and ROI discussions to explain client value.
• Ability to coordinate with product and technical teams, prioritize competing demands, and resolve issues in a growing company.
• Strong written communication, disciplined CRM usage, and reliable follow-through.
• Integrity, high agency, sound judgment, and the ambition to build and improve systems rather than wait for instructions.
Preferred Experience:
• Healthcare workflows, direct primary care, concierge care, self-funded employer benefits, or healthcare networks.
• EHR integrations, membership platforms, healthcare analytics, patient engagement, CRM, or workflow automation.
• HubSpot, Jira, customer health dashboards, and AI tools used to improve client service and internal productivity.
Work setup: -Hybrid role in Pune office (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
-Must be able to work aligned with US Eastern Time (ET) hours for customer coordination
-Collaboration with US-based customers and internal teams
