We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who can combine hands-on CNC programming expertise with a continuous improvement mindset to enhance operational performance, product quality, and workplace safety.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting operational growth within a dynamic industrial manufacturing environment.

This is a full-time onsite position located in Muncy, PA. Candidates should be local to the area or willing to relocate.

What You'll Do

• Program, monitor, maintain, and optimize CNC equipment to ensure efficient production and maximum machine performance
• Read and interpret technical drawings and convert design requirements into CNC programming solutions
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues to minimize downtime and improve process reliability
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production environment
• Analyze manufacturing processes and implement improvements that increase quality, productivity, and process capability
• Perform quality verification and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and production teams to improve workflow efficiency and safety
• Support new product introductions by evaluating manufacturability and developing process documentation
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and applicable regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of CNC programming and machining experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies
• Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements
• Experience with Cimatron CAM software
• Experience with additional CAM programming platforms
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
