About the Role
We are looking for a Video Content Agent to support our day-to-day digital content operations. The role involves communicating professionally with users, coordinating scheduled video sessions, following company procedures, and maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct scheduled video sessions in a professional and respectful manner
• Communicate clearly and professionally with users
• Follow company communication and operational guidelines
• Maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule
• Respond promptly to incoming requests and scheduled sessions
• Keep accurate records of assigned activities
• Escalate technical or operational issues to the management team
• Maintain a professional digital presence while representing the company
• Follow all company policies regarding privacy, confidentiality and professional conduct
Requirements
• 18+ years old
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Smartphone, computer or compatible device with a good camera and microphone
• Comfortable working remotely
• Professional and respectful communication style
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Basic digital literacy
Nice to Have
• Previous experience in customer support, online communication, sales, digital content or remote operations
• Experience working with international teams
• English language skills
• Additional languages are an advantage
