As an early-stage startup, the team moves fast, wears multiple hats, and expects interns to take real ownership rather than just observe.

About the Role
CollabKaroo is expanding its brand and agency partnerships beyond the domestic market. As an International Sales Intern, you'll help identify, reach out to, and onboard international brands and agencies looking to run influencer campaigns through CollabKaroo. This is a high-ownership, target-driven role suited to someone who's comfortable with cold outreach and enjoys the challenge of opening new markets.

What You'll Do

• Research and build a pipeline of potential international brand/agency clients in target markets
• Run outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads
• Pitch CollabKaroo's platform and value proposition to prospective clients
• Support the sales cycle from first contact through onboarding, coordinating with the internal team as needed
• Track outreach, conversions, and pipeline health; report on progress against milestones
• Gather market feedback to help refine positioning for international audiences

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Comfort with cold outreach and handling rejection without losing momentum
• Interest in sales, business development, or the creator economy
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a remote/async environment
• Prior sales, BD, or client-facing experience is a plus but not required
