We're growing our client-facing team and looking for a sharp technical closer who can turn conversations into signed projects.

About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Closer who can speak confidently with US clients, understand their technical requirements, and own the journey from first call to final delivery. You are the bridge between the client and our engineering team: someone who can discuss architecture in the morning and close a deal in the afternoon.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales calls and discovery meetings with US-based clients
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear technical scopes, timelines, and proposals
• Confidently discuss solutions involving AI/ML, Python, React, Node.js, Next.js, and DevOps
• Negotiate and close deals from initial contact to signed agreement
• Stay involved through project delivery, ensuring smooth handoff to engineering and ongoing client satisfaction
• Manage client relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with developers and project managers on estimates and delivery plans
• Maintain pipeline and follow-ups, and report on conversion progress

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional accent Strong technical understanding of: AI/ML concepts and applications Python, React, Node.js, and Next.js
• DevOps (CI/CD, cloud deployment, infrastructure)
• Proven experience in direct client communication, from closing to delivery
• Track record of delivering multiple client projects end to end
• Confident, persuasive communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work onsite at our office

Nice to Have

Experience on freelance platforms or with international agency clients
Background as a developer who moved into a client-facing or sales role
Experience writing proposals, scopes of work, and estimates
