• Run delivery at a hyper-growth healthcare AI company

• At Azodha, you'll run several projects at the same time for US healthcare clients. Priorities compete daily, requirements often arrive half-formed, and the plan you make on Monday will need changing by Wednesday. Your job is to bring order to all this. You'll sequence the work, allocate scarce resources, keep clients confident, and give leadership an honest read on where each project really stands.

• This is a delivery-ownership role, not a coordinator role.

What you'll do

• Project & resource management (your core)
• Own a portfolio of concurrent projects end to end: scope, plan, staffing, budget, schedule and delivery
• Allocate and re-balance scarce resources as priorities shift, and make the hard calls on what gets done now, next, and not yet
• Turn ambiguous asks into concrete plans and realistic timelines, then adapt quickly as things change
• Track and forecast budget, scope and schedule, and surface risks and dependencies early
• Build lightweight delivery process that scales: enough to create clarity, never so much that it slows the team
• Client engagement
• Be the main delivery contact for US healthcare clients, the person they trust to tell them the truth and get it done
• Manage expectations, scope changes and tradeoffs directly, and handle escalations before they become fires
• Executive reporting
• Give founders and leadership a decision-ready view of portfolio health, risks and tradeoffs
• Report on velocity, delivery KPIs, resourcing and forecasts, and bring recommendations, not just status
• Agile & Scrum
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retros across teams
• Remove impediments, shield engineers from noise, and coach a maturing team on Agile practice Healthcare & technical context
• Plan credibly around US healthcare workflows (scheduling, dispatch, EMR integration, HIPAA-relevant data)
• Work closely with Data & AI engineers to set realistic timelines and flag technical risk early
• Support release readiness for HIPAA and HL7/FHIR-adjacent work

What you bring

• 7–12 years as a Project Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with project and resource management at the core
• Prior US healthcare experience (must-have)
• A track record of running multiple concurrent projects under shifting priorities, and delivering anyway
• Ownership of budget, scope, schedule and resources across a portfolio, not just one project
• Client-facing credibility and crisp executive communication
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence or similar
• Working understanding of Data & AI concepts
• Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science or a related field; CSM, PSM or PMP strongly preferred
• Willingness to overlap with US Eastern Time

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7/FHIR or EMR/EHR integrations
• Experience managing AI/ML-driven programs
• Experience building delivery process from scratch in an early-stage setting
