About CorpInfoTech

We are a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) that helps clients align technology with business outcomes.

About the Role

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as each client’s primary strategic advisor and technical liaison — converting business goals into executable technology plans, expanding adoption of managed services, and ensuring project and service delivery meet defined outcomes. This role develops trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders, drives IT roadmap alignment, and ensures that technology investments deliver measurable business value. The TAM bridges strategy and execution, helping clients simplify IT complexity, strengthen cybersecurity posture, and optimize operations through disciplined technology lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and advance roadmap-driven technology initiatives, client-requested opportunities, lifecycle improvements, standards-alignment recommendations, and strategic remediation activities within assigned managed services accounts.
  • Lead strategic technology planning for assigned accounts, including development and maintenance of client technology roadmaps, lifecycle plans, budget recommendations, and Business Optimized Technology Ecosystem (BOTE)-aligned standards priorities.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic client planning sessions, including preparation, executive presentation, risk analysis, budget discussion, strategic recommendations, and documented follow-up actions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize lifecycle, warranty, licensing, cybersecurity, resiliency, and operational risks within assigned client environments and incorporate remediation planning into strategic recommendations and roadmaps.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity pipeline forecasting, ownership, gross profit estimates, expected close dates, and next-action updates within PSA/CRM systems.
  • Foster long-term client relationships through proactive engagement, executive-level communication, strategic advisement, and ongoing client health monitoring.
  • Collaborate with engineering, service, project management, procurement, finance, and leadership teams to coordinate delivery, accountability, and execution of approved client initiatives and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, escalation trends, operational concerns, and identified client risks, coordinating corrective actions and escalation management as necessary.
  • Support renewal, warranty, licensing, and lifecycle planning activities through inventory validation, standards alignment, budget forecasting, and strategic technology planning.
  • Contribute to internal process improvement, operational maturity, standards alignment, and knowledge sharing related to strategic account management, lifecycle governance, and client technology planning.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required (meets ITAR-defined “U.S. person” requirements).

  • Experience with PSA/CRM systems, quoting platforms, and asset lifecycle tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical risks, financial implications, and strategic options for executive and technical audiences.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English with technical and executive audiences.
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and self-directed time management.
  • Ability to operate a computer, phone, and conferencing tools for extended periods.
