Experience Designer

As an Experience Designer you'll

• You are responsible for designing both aesthetic and functional interfaces, thanks to your knowledge and understanding of digital platforms, their standards and patterns.
• You have research skills, mixed research techniques, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• And of course: nothing is left undocumented.
• Beyond pixel-perfect, you ensure that your designs meet client expectations and project goals within deadline.
• You participate in usability tests and interviews with users/stakeholders.
• Although you like to work in a team, you can work independently, assuming design decisions with responsibility and commitment.
• Thanks to your experience and skills in communication, you have direct contact with stakeholders to learn about their needs and present your prototypes.
• You listen, understand, and question.
• You want to continue learning and make a leap in quality in what you do, adding value to both the project and the team.

Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of verifiable experience designing real digital products.
• Your portfolio shows expertise presenting projects that are not just beautiful explorations, but carefully thought-out processes from concept to final product.
• As you already worked with development teams, you know how to prepare, order and present both component libraries and a good Hand-off.
• In addition to knowing how to use Figma, you order and organize your files carefully, improving teamwork with your peers.
