We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with AI engineering interests to join our small, fast-moving team and help build products that make a real impact. This is a fully remote opportunity for a developer based in India, collaborating closely with our team in Sweden. You will work across the entire stack, from designing databases and building APIs to creating polished, responsive user experiences. You will own features end to end, contribute to technical decisions, and help turn ideas into reliable products used by real customers.

You will collaborate with product and design, shape priorities, write high-quality code, and contribute to testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. As part of the interview process, you may be asked to complete a practical coding exercise or work through a technical use case related to full-stack and AI engineering. Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver product features end-to-end across frontend and backend using modern full-stack development practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable APIs, data models, integrations, and responsive user interfaces.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered capabilities using technologies such as Python, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Evaluate AI outputs and improve the reliability, security, performance, and user experience of AI-enabled features.
• Write automated tests, maintain high code quality, and contribute to code reviews and collaborative development workflows.
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and support full-stack and AI features in production.
• Work closely with product and design to understand user needs, scope work, prioritise effectively, and make pragmatic technical trade-offs.
• Take ownership of projects independently, stay current with emerging technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement of the product.

Must-have skills

• Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Design and maintain robust REST APIs and SQL or NoSQL data models.
• Use Git for source control, branching, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews.
• Build AI-related backend components and data-processing pipelines using Python.
• Integrate LLMs and AI APIs to deliver reliable, production-ready AI features.
• Good-to-have skills
• Deploying and operating applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Using Docker and Kubernetes for containerisation and orchestration.
• Building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Working with machine-learning frameworks and model deployment practices.
• Using vector databases and embedding stores to support AI-powered applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience.

Other requirements

• Based in India and able to collaborate with the Sweden-based team, with availability for CET working hours.
• Willingness to complete a practical coding exercise or technical use case as part of the interview process. Reliable remote work setup and ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership. Respect for data privacy, security best practices, and responsible AI usage when designing features.
