About Our Team

The Business Transformation Office (BTO) within the Global Consulting and Operations organization leads large, complex enterprise initiatives, aligns organizations, enhances processes, and manages programs effectively. The team leads enterprise-wide initiatives focused on operational effectiveness and customer-centric transformation. Our team includes project managers, business analysts, and data scientists who collaborate across the organization to deliver impactful programs.

About The Role

The BTO is building a SharePoint Center of Excellence while leveraging Power Automate. The Project Management Intern will support a strategic initiative to design, develop, and maintain a SharePoint site that serves as a centralized hub for customer migration programs. These programs play an important role in the organization's product strategy as customers transition from legacy solutions to new offerings.

The intern will partner with stakeholders to organize project information, enhance visibility into migration roadmaps, and support reporting on priorities, customer activity, revenue impacts, progress, and program status. This role offers exposure to project management practices, stakeholder collaboration, business transformation initiatives, and Microsoft collaboration technologies while providing meaningful opportunities to contribute to enterprise-level programs.

  • Program Dates: May 24 – July 30, 2027
  • Duration: 10 weeks
  • Location: On-site in Alpharetta, GA. Candidates should be able to work on-site for the duration of the internship.
  • Relocation Assistance: Relocation assistance is not available for this internship.
  • Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must be currently enrolled undergraduate students with an expected graduation date of May 2028.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain a SharePoint site that supports customer migration program management and communication.
  • Gather, organize, and document stakeholder requirements for site functionality, content, and reporting needs.
  • Support the tracking and communication of project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and key dependencies.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, content pages, reports, and other tools that improve project visibility and stakeholder engagement.
  • Leverage SharePoint and Power Automate to streamline processes and improve information accessibility.
  • Assist with project documentation, meeting summaries, status reporting, and process documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of project, customer, and migration-related information within the site.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to support successful program execution.

Requirements

  • Be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, Management, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2028.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and project lifecycle concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Demonstrates initiative, a willingness to learn, and openness to feedback and continuous professional development.

Salary

$20/hour
