Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for all SaaS applications, troubleshooting access issues, integration errors, and workflow bottlenecks.
Manage user provisioning, role-based access controls, and license allocation to ensure security and cost-efficiency as the company scales.
Work with department heads to identify repetitive tasks and implement automated workflows within the SaaS tools.
Assist in evaluating new software vendors, tracking renewals, and managing relationships with key SaaS providers.
Create and maintain a centralized knowledge base of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides for all supported platforms.
Other duties as assigned, etc.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
2+ years of experience supporting a wide variety of SaaS applications in a fast-paced environment (startup or high-growth company experience preferred).
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) and modern API integration tools/automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato).
Demonstrated ability to quickly master new software platforms and pivot alongside the changing needs of a scaling business.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical users across various business units.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer-centric mindset toward internal employee support.

Strategic seat at the table, shaping how we grow and who we bring into the business.
Partnership with executive leadership on workforce design and scaling strategy.
A creative, inclusive culture that values innovation, clarity, and purpose.
