We're building a digital growth engine on top of RK Automobiles, an authorized Bridgestone and MRF tyre dealership at Siddhambar Bazaar, Hyderabad. The shop has the stock, the supplier relationships, and years of local customer trust. The website, product catalog, and payment flow are already built. What's missing is the person who turns that into leads, orders, and profit.

The opportunity

Tyres are a high-intent, repeat-need purchase, and most local dealers are invisible online. We want to be the dealership Hyderabad finds first on Google, Maps, Instagram, and WhatsApp, and then use that playbook to scale.

What you'll own

Local search: Google Business Profile, local SEO, review generation, and Maps visibility
Paid acquisition: Google Search Ads and Meta retargeting, with clear CAC and ROAS targets
Social and content: Instagram Reels, offers, and fitting/service content in a Telugu, Hindi, and English mix
WhatsApp Business: catalog, broadcasts, and lead follow-up that converts inquiries into orders
Partnerships: a mechanic and garage referral program, plus B2B and wholesale outreach
Unit economics: pricing, margins, and offers that make every channel profitable, not just busy
Weekly reporting on leads, conversion, and revenue, so we know what's working

What I bring (technical co-founder)

About 5 years of full-stack engineering (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python)
I built the site and commerce stack, including payments and catalog, and I'll handle analytics, tracking, SEO fixes, and automation
Direct access to the dealership, inventory, and supplier relationships

Who you are

You've run real performance marketing or local business growth, and you can show results
Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Google Business Profile
Comfortable with the Hyderabad market, and ideally with automotive, retail, or local services
Metrics-driven and willing to start scrappy on a small budget
Able to commit [full-time / X hours per week] and ready to start [date]

Nice to have

Experience with WhatsApp commerce, referral programs, or marketplace/D2C growth
A network among mechanics, garages, or fleet operators
Basic video or Reels production skills
