Ace Workflow is the operational intelligence company. We fix work through a network of builders and consultants delivering paid client projects across marketing, finance, operations, sales, product, and HR.

The role

You build; you don't chase clients, write proposals, or negotiate scope. As an Ace builder, you'll design and build workflow solutions and own each build from design through integration, working alongside our consultants and other builders to ship fast, scalable work.

Note: This is a contractor position, paid hourly. The listed salaray is an estimate of potential earnings.

What you'll build

Data architecture and automations in Airtable
Integrations between client tools (e.g., HubSpot to Slack, Airtable to NetSuite, Stripe to Xero)
Custom dashboards, client portals, and real-time team interfaces
AI-powered agentic workflows

What we're looking for

• Strong Airtable foundation
• Working knowledge of other no-code/integrator platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Glide)
• Strong foundation with AI tools (Claude and OpenAI)
• Clear written communication and a problem-solving mindset
• Experience with workflow design or process optimization

Nice to have

• Airtable Builder Certification
• Anthropic Claude certifications
