Position purpose
To support the company’s financial health and business strategy within the treasury team.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

- Support acquisition integration by analyzing legacy bank accounts, implementing new post-close account structure, and procedures to enhance fund flow and control
- Coordinate cash transfers, funding requirements, and intercompany transactions
- Proactively identify and recommend changes to improve efficiency and safeguard the company’s cash.
- Prepare treasury reports and management presentations
- Investigate bank accounts discrepancies
- Monitor and respond to treasury related requests
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations
- Bank deposits of checks received
- Update bank user access
- Travel as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred.
Experience
- Minimum three -five years of relevant treasury experience, accounting, banking or corporate finance.
- Experience with liquidity management or banking
Performance Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Kyriba, NetSuite or Treasury Management Systems is preferred
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills; with the ability to effectively elicit / provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers).
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy as well as part of team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.
Work Environment: Work requires hand dexterity for office machine operation, stooping and bending to files and supplies, mobility to complete errands, or sitting for extended periods of time. Occasionally lifting files or paper weighing up to 20 pounds. Occasionally work environment may be very stressful.
Mental/Physical Requirements: Normal office environment. May view computer screens for long periods of time. Occasional evening or weekend work.
