Sales Closer – Remote

Encourage Good Leads is hiring a full-time remote Sales Closer to sell marketing and lead generation services to contractors and home-service businesses.

Our services include:

• Google Ads / PPC
• AI receptionist and appointment setting
• CRM and follow-up automation
• Websites
• SEO
• Reputation management

You’ll work opportunities generated by our setter team, including booked meetings, callback requests, and interested prospects who need stronger follow-up and closing.

Responsibilities:

• Run sales calls and demos over Google Meet
• Present our services clearly and confidently
• Handle objections and close qualified prospects
• Follow up with leads who don’t close on the first call
• Call/text and reactivate existing warm CRM leads between appointments
• Keep accurate notes and follow-up tasks inside the CRM
• Attend daily sales coaching and training

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sales or closing experience
• Strong phone and video-call communication
• Experience selling B2B services, marketing, SaaS, agency services, or high-ticket offers
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Competitive, coachable, organized, and performance-driven
• Available full-time
