We are a fast-growing creator management agency scaling rapidly in both revenue and roster size. Paid ads have just gone live as a new lead channel, and every lead that goes cold is wasted. This role exists to make sure that never happens, by owning everything between a lead signing up and a qualified prospect showing up to a call, with no handoffs and no one to wait on.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Full-time, remote work
• Base pay plus commission, with most earnings coming from commission on clients signed from calls they book. OTE $2,000+ per month.

*THE ROLE *

As Appointment Setter you will own the top of our sales funnel. Every new lead from paid ads, warm audiences and organic content gets contacted by you within five minutes of signup. You run daily outreach across five platforms, qualify every lead, handle objections, warm prospects up before the call, and nurture booked leads so they show up ready to buy. Every call you book is taken by our closer.

One person owns every stage before the call. That means no dropped leads, no cold follow-ups, and no ambiguity about who is accountable for the pipeline.

This role is explicitly not closing. The closer takes every call. Everything before the call belongs to you.

Nobody chases you. You hit your numbers because you want to.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Speed to lead: contact every new lead within five minutes of signup, whether they come from paid ads, warm audiences or organic content
• Daily outreach: run outreach every day across Email, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit and TikTok to our ideal client profile, hitting daily targets without exception
• Qualification: qualify every lead properly before a call is booked, so the closer only speaks to prospects who fit the offer
• Objection handling and warming: handle objections in conversation and build interest and trust before the call, so leads arrive warm and informed
• Lead nurture: keep every booked lead engaged from first touch through to the call, so they show up
• Tracking and reporting: log outreach sent, responses, calls booked and shows every day in the CRM, and report the numbers to the Head of Marketing

• Self-starter who hits daily targets without being chased
• Speed: new leads are contacted within five minutes, every time
• Full ownership of the pipeline up to the call
• Trained early, then trusted to run your lane with no micromanagement

WHAT YOU WILL BE MEASURED ON

• Calls booked: qualified calls on the closer's calendar. This is the primary measure of your output.
• Show rate: the percentage of booked calls that show up, which reflects how well leads are qualified, warmed and nurtured.
• Speed to lead: time from signup to first contact, against a five-minute standard.
• Daily outreach volume: outreach sent per day across all five platforms against target.
• Response rate: the percentage of outreach that gets a reply.
• Targets and weightings are set quarterly with the Head of Marketing.

WHAT YOU BRING Experience (non-negotiable)

• 1+ years in appointment setting, SDR, or DM setting roles
• Experience setting for high-ticket offers preferred
• Experience in the creator economy or social media space is a plus

Skills (must-have)

• Strong written outreach across DMs and email
• Confident objection handling and lead qualification
• Fluent across Instagram, Twitter, Reddit and TikTok
• Disciplined CRM use and accurate daily reporting
