• Lead cloud migration, modernization, multi-cloud, and hybrid-cloud transformation initiatives.
• Design enterprise landing zones, governance frameworks, security architectures, and operational models.
• Build reusable cloud accelerators, reference architectures, implementation patterns, and automation frameworks.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical governance forums, and technology strategy discussions.

Team Leadership & Capability Development

• Mentor cloud architects, platform engineers, AI engineers, integration architects, and data engineers.
• Establish architecture standards, engineering best practices, and reusable patterns.
• Support hiring, mentoring, technical enablement, and certification programs.
• Contribute to SID Global's Google Cloud, AI, Data, and Integration practice growth.

Required Qualifications

Professional Experience

• 12+ years of software engineering, cloud engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture experience.
• 7+ years architecting and delivering enterprise Google Cloud solutions.
• Proven success leading large-scale cloud transformation programs.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and architecture leadership experience.
