Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS and experience working with large-scale data environments.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
Build data processing solutions using Python and Apache Spark.
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries.
Work with Databricks and Snowflake for data processing and warehousing.
Build and maintain cloud-based data solutions using AWS.
Integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
Develop reliable data models and data transformation workflows.
Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot data issues.
Implement data quality, validation, security, and governance practices.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Analysts, and business teams.
Follow Agile development practices and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
2–7 years of professional Data Engineering experience.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Advanced SQL and database knowledge.
Hands-on experience with Apache Spark.
Experience with Databricks and Snowflake.
Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services.
Experience building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines.
Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
