About the job
Appointment Setter
Remote | Full-time or part-time availability | Independent contractor | Commission only
Wealth Navigator helps financial advisors grow their practices through client acquisition. We're hiring appointment setters to introduce our service to advisors in the United States and Canada and book qualified meetings for our closing team. This remote opportunity welcomes applicants based in the United States or Canada.
You bring the ability to start a conversation and follow through. We provide the advisor leads, dialer, phone lines, scripts, training and sales coaching at no charge.
What you'll do
• Call financial advisors using supplied lead lists.
• Ask about their growth goals, explain our service and assess whether a meeting makes sense.
• Book meetings for our closing team and follow up with interested advisors.
• Keep accurate notes and next steps in our sales console.
• Practice your calls and use coaching to improve.
How you earn
This is a commission-only contractor role with no base salary or hourly pay. Setters earn 10% of the collected onboarding fee for clients attributed to them under their agreement. At our standard US$4,750 onboarding fee, that is US$475 per client. Booking a meeting alone does not earn a commission.
The potential annual earnings range is US$50,000 to US$125,000, with an annual commission target of US$80,000. Strong performers can target US$125,000 in annual commissions. These are performance targets, not guaranteed pay or a claim about what current reps earn. For illustration, five qualified bookings per day, five days a week over 50 weeks, with 70% attendance and 30% of attended meetings ultimately becoming paying clients, produces approximately US$125,000 at our standard onboarding fee. Actual earnings depend on results and the fees collected. Payment timing and reserve terms are explained in the contractor agreement.
What you'll need
• Clear, easily understood spoken English and confidence on the phone.
• Relevant sales, prospecting, appointment-setting or customer-facing experience.
• A computer, headset, reliable internet and a quiet place to call.
• Availability to reach North American advisors during their business hours. You arrange your own schedule within permitted calling hours.
• Comfort with commission-only work and consistent follow-up.
Full-time and part-time availability are welcome, with an expected commitment of 20 to 60 hours per week. Financial-services experience is helpful but not required.
Apply with your resume and a brief description of your sales or outbound calling experience.
