ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development, JavaScript, scripting, workflows, integrations, security, and deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and support custom/scoped ServiceNow applications.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies and other ServiceNow components.
• Build server-side and client-side solutions using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
• Build and support REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.
• Configure ACLs, roles, and application security.
• Manage deployments using Update Sets, source control, and application migration.
• Troubleshoot, test, debug, and support ServiceNow applications in production.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, administrators, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory
• 3+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow application development
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Glide APIs.
• Experience with Flow Designer / workflow automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with ACLs, roles, and ServiceNow security.
• Experience deploying and migrating ServiceNow applications across environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• ServiceNow CSA certification.

• Agile/Scrum experience
• Enterprise ServiceNow environments

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
