Founder's Office Intern

About the Role

We are hiring a Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the CEO and leadership team at CipherSchools.This role is a good fit for someone who wants to learn how a growing company works from the inside, and who is comfortable working with numbers and data.
The CEO often has ideas or plans that need to get done, but does not always have time to finish them. This role is to help take those ideas and turn them into real, completed work with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

1. Take ideas from the CEO and turn them into finished, working results
2. Help with daily operations and make internal processes smoother
3. Track important numbers and build simple reports to help leaders make decisions
4. Prepare presentations, notes, and reports for internal meetings
5. Do market research and study competitors to support business decisions
6. Help write internal and external updates, announcements, and content

Who You Are

1. Currently studying for a degree, or have recently finished one (any subject is fine)
2. Good with numbers and data you can look at information and understand what it means
3. Good at speaking and writing clearly
4. Good at solving problems and organizing messy situations into simple plans
5. Know how to use Excel or Google Sheets, and PowerPoint or Canva; experience with data analysis is a bonus
6. Excellent with AI and automation tools
7. Proficient with Claude, ChatGPT, and similar AI tools
8. Take ownership of your work and follow through until it's done
