Senior UI Designer

At Gemini Sports AI, we help football clubs win the transfer market by putting high-stakes, very expensive player trading and squad planning decisions into a mobile-first source of record.

In a space this dense and information-heavy, UI isn't decoration - it's genuine product differentiation. You'll be working closely with Lead Product Designer and the rest of the team to shape how sporting directors and football club owners interact with complex intel every day.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a strong track record designing UI for complex, data-dense SaaS or B2B products.
• Thinks in systems: comfortable evolving a design system, from components to patterns, not just shipping individual screens.
• Has a sharp eye for interaction design and visual detail, and knows how to make dense data feel clear and usable.
• Partners closely with product and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into clean, well-crafted interfaces.
• Is comfortable working with agentic AI tools as part of the design process, and curious about how they can speed up and improve UI work.
• Design engineering experience is a strong plus: comfortable in the codebase, working with tokens, or pairing with engineers on implementation.

The role is fully remote, hired on a B2B contract, part-time (the compensation range applies for part-time) to start with the possibility to extend to full-time.
