Key Responsibilities：

• Monitor and maintain existing cloud infrastructure and Linux/Windows servers
• Perform routine system backups, updates, health checks, and system maintenance
• Act as the first responder for incidents during North America/Europe hours: triage, mitigate, and coordinate with the China-based engineering team as needed
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, and operational procedures
• Manage day-to-day AWS, Azure, and GCP resources, including provisioning, access control, monitoring, and cost management
• Operate and troubleshoot containerized workloads on Kubernetes, and escalate complex issues to the China-based core engineering team with a clear diagnosis when needed
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI, and independently handle routine updates and troubleshooting
• Manage vendor and SaaS accounts, licenses, and user access, including cloud and AI-related tools
• Support production incidents and collaborate with distributed teams across different time zones

Qualifications：

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud operations, system administration, or a related role, including experience independently supporting production systems
• Hands-on experience with Linux and/or Windows server administration
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar
• Working knowledge of Docker and containerized environments
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes or another container orchestration platform
• Comfortable using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages to automate routine tasks
• Working knowledge of networking and security fundamentals
• Experience supporting production incidents and working with distributed or cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must be based in, or able to commute to, the Greater Vancouver area
