Job Title: AI Project Manager

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to provide project management and governance support for priority AI initiatives. The successful candidate will manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, maintain project governance, and provide clear visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for priority AI projects and legacy refactoring efforts.
• Develop project charters, workplans, timelines, milestones, risk logs, issue logs, and dependency maps.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain the engagement workplan, risk register, and decision log.
• Track project progress and identify risks, issues, and potential delays.
• Produce weekly status reports and monthly executive reports for the Chief AI Officer and designated governance bodies.
• Coordinate business, technology, security, infrastructure, and vendor stakeholders.
• Support governance meetings and ensure action items are tracked through completion.
• Assist leadership with project prioritization and resource planning.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of project/program management experience.
• Strong experience managing complex enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience with project planning, risk management, governance, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
