Environmental Engineer / Junior Account Manager (entry level)

The Role

You'll help new customers get up and running on QNOPY. That means configuring the platform to match how they work, setting up forms and workflows, importing their existing data, and training their teams. You'll work directly with customers and with our engineering and customer success teams. This is a hands-on technical role, not a support desk.

What You'll Do

• Configure customer accounts, data collection forms, and workflows
• Clean, map, and import customer data (spreadsheets, lab data, historical records)
• Write and run SQL queries to validate data and troubleshoot issues
• Run onboarding and training sessions with customer teams
• Document configurations and build repeatable implementation playbooks
• Relay customer feedback and bugs to engineering with clear reproduction steps

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Environmental, Civil, Chemical, Industrial etc.
• Comfortable working with data in Excel, and interested in learning SQL
• Clear communicator who can explain technical things to non-technical people
• Organized enough to juggle a few customer projects at once
• Curious and willing to pick up new software quickly

Nice to Have

• Field experience: sampling, site investigations, remediation, or construction inspection
• Familiarity with lab data, chain of custody, or regulatory reporting
• Exposure to GIS or any scripting (Python, SQL)
• Internship with an environmental consulting or engineering firm
