We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Development, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Agile, and custom Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• As a Custom Software Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
• You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Development is required. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development) and Agile Project Management, along with Product Innovation Strategy and Software Product Management, are suggested.
