About Curacity
Curacity is a hospitality technology company building a two-sided marketplace that connects travel brands with the publishers and content creators whose editorial authority drives discovery. The platform coordinates original editorial content across an independent creator network and measures the outcomes that content produces — for both human audiences and AI systems.
Curacity VISTA turns authoritative media visibility into measurable demand for hotels, cruise lines, and destinations. VISTA AI helps customers understand and improve how their brands appear in AI-generated travel recommendations — measuring signals such as mentions, citations, topics, sentiment, and competitive position — and provides the intelligence that determines which editorial coverage should be created next.
The Opportunity
Curacity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own VISTA AI. This is a senior individual-contributor role responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, customer experience, adoption, and retention of VISTA AI, including its intelligence and matching capabilities. You will report to the VP of Product and lead through influence across engineering, data science, design, customer success, sales, marketing, and Curacity's media organization.
VISTA AI already provides customers with visibility into how their brands appear across AI-driven travel discovery. Your mandate is to make that visibility increasingly credible, useful, and connected to action — turning signals into the systematic matching logic that determines which publishers cover which hotels on which topics, replacing today's manual process with product-driven intelligence.
You will partner closely with an AI Data Analyst who will investigate signals, develop measurement methodologies, and evaluate which inputs are meaningful. Your job is to connect that research to customer problems and commercial outcomes: deciding what Curacity should build, how customers should experience it, and whether it is driving sustained value.
Curacity's competitive distinction is not measurement alone. Most AI visibility tools stop at reporting. Curacity connects measurement to an editorial network that can actually change the numbers — and this role owns the intelligence that makes that connection work.
What You'll Own
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for VISTA AI and its intelligence layer.
- Own the product lifecycle from customer discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
- Own the systematic matching logic that determines which publishers and creators cover which hotels on which topics for VISTA AI — replacing manual matching with product-driven intelligence.
- Build the product that surfaces topically relevant, curated content opportunities to the right creators, informed by hotel profiles, topic gaps, and performance history.
- Establish a deep understanding of the needs and workflows of hotel marketers, commercial leaders, revenue teams, destinations, cruise lines, and other VISTA AI users.
- Evolve the existing visibility layer — measuring how hotel brands appear in AI recommendations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Gemini, and other systems — into a product customers trust and engage with repeatedly.
- Translate customer questions such as "Where are we visible?", "Why are competitors outperforming us?", and "What topics need editorial attention?" into product capabilities.
- Partner with the AI Data Scientist to define, test, and validate signals, methodologies, benchmarks, and product hypotheses.
- Define requirements for dashboards, benchmarks, alerts, competitive intelligence, and recommendation-rate reporting.
- Lead initiatives to improve onboarding, activation, feature adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion.
- Develop a structured customer-feedback program in partnership with customer success and sales.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, identifying where customers disengage and leading improvements to the experience.
- Partner with go-to-market teams on positioning, packaging, launches, customer education, and sales enablement.
- Maintain a clear view of how hotels are monitoring and improving AI visibility — understanding the competitive landscape not just at the feature level but at the thesis level, since most competitors are measurement-only and Curacity's value is connecting measurement to the editorial network that moves the numbers.
Required Qualifications
