Client Operations Coordinator

AstraRad is a growing teleradiology company supporting imaging clinics across the United States.

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Client Operations Coordinator to help manage daily operations between our clients, radiologists, and technical team.

You do not need previous teleradiology experience. We care more about whether you are smart, calm, organized, responsive, and able to take ownership of problems until they are solved.

What you will do

• Manage daily client communication
• Coordinate onboarding of new clinics
• Follow up on technical setup, reports, missing information, and operational issues
• Coordinate between clients, radiologists, and our technical team
• Keep tasks and support requests organized and moving
• Make sure clients receive fast and professional responses
• Escalate technical or commercial issues to the right person
• Help keep daily operations running smoothly

• Excellent written and spoken English (confident C1 for both)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Professional and calm communication
• Comfortable solving problems and coordinating with different people
• Able to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable and responsive
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Comfortable working with software, support systems, and online tools

How we work

• US hours (9:00 - 17:00 NYT)
• 100% Remote
• Montly salary - $800-1000

Experience in healthcare, radiology, customer operations, support, or technical coordination is helpful but not required.
