We are hiring Customer Solutions Engineers to become product experts and own the technical customer journey—from sales discovery and SaaS demos through implementation, onboarding, troubleshooting, and customer success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical discovery, product demos, and pre-sales conversations with B2B customers.
• Own customer implementation and onboarding from sales handoff through launch.
• Configure and integrate our product to meet customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with Product & Engineering to resolve blockers.
• Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously, including timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Build strong customer relationships, identify adoption/churn risks, and uncover expansion opportunities.
• Create implementation documentation, FAQs, training materials, demos, and scalable onboarding processes.
• Help build automation, tooling, and processes that enable onboarding hundreds of customers efficiently.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product and engineering requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 3–7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical, implementation, solutions, or operations role.
• Experience in Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, Integrations, ERP Integrations, or Business Operations.
• 1+ year at a VC-backed startup or elite company; early-stage startup experience is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable U.S. or Canadian university.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot methodically and quickly learn complex technical concepts.
• Comfortable managing 30+ implementations/projects simultaneously.
• Confident communicating with customers and navigating complex or high-pressure situations.
• Genuine interest in working at an early-stage, high-growth startup.

Strong Pluses

• Experience running SaaS product demos or supporting technical sales.
• Recent experience implementing B2B SaaS products.
• SQL and/or JSON proficiency.
• Construction technology or ERP/accounting experience.
• Technical degree, especially Computer Science.
• Experience building scalable customer onboarding processes, documentation, or automation.

Location & Work Model

Remote opportunities available, with eligibility dependent on location. Candidates within approximately 2 hours of San Francisco/San Jose may be expected to relocate rather than work remotely.

Hybrid/on-site opportunities are available in New York, San Francisco, South Bay Area, Los Angeles, Boston, Seattle, Texas, Chicago, Washington DC, Denver, Florida, Minnesota, and Sacramento.
