🚀 Nixora is hiring a Founding Developer

Nixora is building the autonomous control plane for AI-generated software and AI agents.

AI coding agents can now build applications and agents in minutes. But building them is only the beginning.

Nixora handles what comes next: deployment, infrastructure, operations, scaling, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

We are looking for a Founding Developer who wants to build this from the ground up with the founding team.

What you'll work on

• Build the core Nixora platform and control plane
• Design infrastructure automation for AI-generated applications and agents
• Work across cloud, containers, APIs, orchestration, and developer tooling
• Build systems that can deploy, monitor, scale, and manage software autonomously
• Make key architecture and product decisions alongside the founders
• Move quickly from idea → prototype → production

Who we're looking for

You don't need a perfect resume. We care more about what you can build.

You should:

• Be a strong full-stack/backend engineer
• Be comfortable with Python/TypeScript and modern cloud infrastructure
• Understand APIs, databases, containers, and distributed systems
• Have experience building and shipping real products
• Be highly autonomous and comfortable with ambiguity
• Think like a product builder, not just an implementer
• Be excited about AI agents, AI-generated software, and autonomous infrastructure

You'll have significant ownership over the technology, architecture, and product direction, and work directly with the founders.

Compensation: Founder-level ESOP/equity structure at the current stage, with salary to follow as funding is secured.
