About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in a full-time, community-focused role. You will work closely with clients across a diverse range of needs, including both pediatric and adult populations, delivering tailored therapy solutions that empower meaningful participation in everyday activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive client assessments in natural environments (home, school, workplace, community)Develop and implement individualized therapy and rehabilitation plansProvide ongoing intervention to support functional independence and goal achievementCollaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated careMaintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with NDIS and professional standardsAdapt therapy strategies to suit diverse client needs and environments
About YouQualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registrationStrong knowledge of occupational therapy practices and rehabilitation techniquesExperience with or understanding of the NDIS (highly regarded)Interest or experience in pediatric therapy (desirable)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in community-based settingsValid driver’s license and access to reliable transportAdditional skills in assistive technology or mental health (advantageous)
