About the job
We're looking for a founding engineer to own the ML/data infrastructure side of Visome end-to-end. You'll be building the pipelines that turn continuous clinical audiovisual and EHR signal into a structured, trainable dataset — and eventually the models trained on top of it. This is a true 0-to-1 technical role: no existing codebase, no legacy decisions to undo.
- Design and build the data ingestion, labeling, and storage infrastructure for multimodal clinical signal (video, audio, EHR)
- Own model development from prototype to production, starting with computer-vision-based motor assessment for Parkinson's
- Work directly with the founder (a practicing physician) and pharma partners to translate clinical requirements into technical specs
- Make early architecture decisions that the company will build on for years
