Part-Time FP&A Analyst

We’re looking for a senior-leaning FP&A Analyst to work directly with our CFO on a project-based engagement.

The main goal is to help us get better at seeing and understanding the numbers, not just producing another set of reports.

You’d work directly with our CFO to:

• Build better visual reporting around P&L, cash flow and key KPIs
• Figure out the right toolset for this (Tableau, Power BI, an internal AI tool, or something else you think makes sense)
• Improve and extend our existing driver-based 2026 model as we build the 2027 forecast
• Explain the thinking behind the models and reporting, and train the CFO to use them
• Show how you actually use Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot in your day-to-day FP&A work: cleaning data, writing formulas, forecasting, building reports, analyzing numbers.

You would be a great fit if:

• You have actually built dashboards/models and worked with senior leadership, rather than being someone who mainly receives data and produces reports
• You actively use AI in your finance work and can show us how
• You have experience with agency/marketing revenue models, higher-risk verticals, or remote-first companies
• You like building things, questioning the data and making reporting genuinely useful
• You have experience with sharing your knowledge with others

This is a 20-hour-per-week remote opportunity with a big influence on the company.
