Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Training & Adoption team in Milan and contribute to the design and creation of digital learning experiences for both Italian and international clients.

We are seeking a professional with experience in designing e-learning and microlearning content for B2B and B2C audiences. The selected candidate will contribute to the creation of learning experiences focused on Artificial Intelligence, leveraging AI-powered tools to support content development and enhance learning effectiveness within our microlearning platform.

What You'll Do

• Design and create digital learning content for our microlearning and e-learning platform.
• Develop engaging learning experiences by applying Instructional Design, Learning Design, and microlearning methodologies.
• Participate in platform testing activities, gathering feedback and contributing to continuous product improvement.
• Collaborate on the design of storyboards, learning paths, and digital training journeys.
• Create and adapt multimedia learning assets, including text, presentations, images, and videos.
• Experiment with AI-powered tools to generate, enhance, and optimize learning content.
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing courses and training materials

Our Ideal Candidate Has

• 2-3 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Design, e-learning, or digital learning content development.
• Excellent English communication skills. Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
• Strong digital mindset and familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Workplace solutions, learning technologies, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience creating microlearning content for professional or customer-facing learning environments.
• Strong attention to learner engagement, content effectiveness, and user experience. Nice to Have: training or certifications related to Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge of UX/UI principles, Familiarity with Learning Experience Design (LXD), Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, or instructional design workflows.
