Job description

The Privacy Operations team is the engine behind every removal we run. We file requests with hundreds of data brokers and people-search sites, track each one through to confirmation, and make sure our members disappear from places that should never have held their information in the first place. As a Data Removal Specialist you sit at the heart of that work.

The opportunity

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, persistent, and genuinely cares about protecting people. You will own a portfolio of removal cases from start to finish, learn the quirks of each broker, and help us make the whole process faster and more reliable.

Your key responsibilities

• Submit and manage data removal requests across hundreds of broker and people-search sites
• Track each case to confirmation and follow up when a broker stalls or ignores a request
• Spot patterns in broker behaviour and flag changes that affect our removal playbooks
• Keep member records accurate and up to date as cases move through each stage
• Work with engineering to test and improve the tools that power removals at scale
