We are seeking a customer-facing Senior Solutions Architect to join our Solutions Engineering organization. This role is focused on helping prospective customers understand how Intuitive.ai's engineering services and accelerator portfolio can accelerate business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication, consulting, presentation, and solutioning capabilities. They will work closely with Sales, Portfolio Managers, Product Teams, Industry SMEs, and Delivery Architects throughout the sales lifecycle, from discovery through proposal, estimation, and Statement of Work (SOW) development.

Position Summary

The Senior Solutions Architect serves as the technical lead during the pre-sales process.

This individual will:

• Partner with Sales and Portfolio Managers to pursue opportunities.
• Conduct discovery workshops and customer meetings.
• Present Intuitive.ai's engineering capabilities and accelerator portfolio.
• Demonstrate IntuitiveIQ, AppDBEvolve, and APEX solutions.
• Design solution approaches and reference architectures.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Coordinate with SMEs and delivery teams to validate requirements and scope.
• Support customers through the sales process until project handoff.

Given our current growth and sales pipeline, this role will have a strong focus on IntuitiveIQ and Decision Intelligence solutions, while also supporting opportunities related to modernization, cloud engineering, data platforms, DevOps, platform engineering, and Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Opportunity Support

• Partner with Account Executives and Portfolio Managers to qualify and pursue opportunities.
• Participate in customer discovery sessions and technical workshops.
• Understand customer business objectives, challenges, and modernization goals.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution approaches.
• Support account planning and opportunity strategy.

Customer Presentations & Executive Briefings

• Present Intuitive.ai corporate capabilities and service offerings.
• Deliver executive and technical presentations.
• Explain modernization, data, AI, and engineering transformation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Clearly articulate business value, ROI, and competitive differentiation.

Accelerator Demonstrations

• Deliver solution demonstrations for:
• IntuitiveIQ
• AppDBEvolve
• APEX
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Industry SMEs to create customized demos.
• Tailor demonstrations for industries such as:
• Financial Services
• Healthcare & Life Sciences
• Manufacturing
• Insurance
• Retail
• Build compelling customer stories and use cases aligned to business outcomes.

Solutioning & Architecture

• Develop solution approaches and target-state architectures.
• Create architecture diagrams, reference architectures, and modernization roadmaps.
• Validate technical feasibility and delivery assumptions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and SMEs to develop recommended solutions.

Proposals, Estimation & Statements of Work

• Lead creation of:
• Proposals
• Scope documents
• Technical solution descriptions
• High-level architecture documentation
• SOWs
• Coordinate effort estimation activities with delivery teams.
• Document assumptions, risks, dependencies, and exclusions.
• Present solution recommendations and SOWs to customer stakeholders.
• Support deal reviews and internal approvals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• 5-7+ years of experience in consulting, architecture, engineering, solutioning, or pre-sales roles.
• Experience delivering customer-facing presentations and workshops.
• Experience developing technical proposals and Statements of Work.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales pursuits.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
