🔹 Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program & Project Management Specialist with strong SAP project/program management experience to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with JIRA, Agile project delivery, governance, release management, stakeholder coordination, and SAP ERP environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support governance activities for large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs

• Lead tactical activities while supporting strategic program objectives

• Manage Epics, Sub-Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks & Subtasks in JIRA

• Track risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, dependencies, and change requests

• Manage CRAID/RAID logs and change-control processes

• Support Program Increment (PI) Planning, workshops, presentations, and retrospectives

• Coordinate integration points between ERP modules and legacy/third-party systems

• Track product-team scope, timelines, dependencies, and release activities

• Coordinate cutover, testing, training, and data-readiness activities

• Remove blockers and escalate issues through appropriate governance forums

• Support SAP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements

• Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocations, budgets, timelines, and risk registers

• Own and administer JIRA boards, workflows, backlogs, dashboards, and custom fields

• Prepare project status reports and steering committee updates

• Drive continuous improvement in project management, JIRA standards, and reporting

⭐ SAP Ariba

⭐ SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM / SAFe

• SAP Activate or relevant SAP certification

• Power BI / Power Automate

• JIRA Align / JIRA Service Management

• Confluence / Atlassian Suite

• ServiceNow / ITSM

• Automotive or Manufacturing industry experience

🔹 Ideal Candidate

• 6+ years of IT experience

• 3+ years SAP project management experience

• 3+ years program management experience

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills

• Experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments
