At WIATES, we're looking for a motivated and passionate Junior Flutter Developer to join our growing startup team. You'll work on developing and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, while collaborating with our development team to build smooth, user-friendly experiences. 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: Junior Flutter Developer
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱: 0-1 Year
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Remote, (Preferred Chennai and bengaluru)
𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
• Assist in implementing UI designs and translating wireframes into functional mobile screens.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into the application.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver features.
• Ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to best development practices.
• Participate in code reviews and follow version control processes.
• Support app deployment, updates, and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience or academic/project experience in Flutter development.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Understanding of mobile app architecture and state management basics.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Basic knowledge of Git or any version control system.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing Flutter projects is a plus.
