Enterleap is looking for strong Python Developers who want to build a career in cybersecurity and security platforms.

This role is designed for software engineers with strong Python fundamentals who are interested in developing expertise in Armis and cyber exposure management.

Prior Armis experience is** preferred but not mandatory.** We are also interested in developers with strong adjacent skills who can be trained and developed into security-platform engineers.

What you’ll work on

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and services

• Build REST APIs and integrations with enterprise security platforms

• Develop automation for security and infrastructure workflows

• Process and analyse security and asset-related data

• Work with APIs, webhooks and event-driven integrations

• Build backend services and microservices

• Integrate security technologies with enterprise environments

• Troubleshoot application, integration and connectivity issues

• Write unit tests and maintain production-quality code

• Work with Linux and cloud-based environments

• Collaborate with cybersecurity engineers and product specialists

• 2–6 years of professional Python development experience

• Strong Python programming and object-oriented programming

• Data structures and algorithms

• REST API development and integration

• JSON/XML

• SQL and relational databases

• Git

• Linux

• Unit testing and debugging

• Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS

• Good software engineering practices

Candidates with Armis product knowledge, Armis training or relevant Armis certifications are encouraged to highlight them in their CV.

Armis experience is not mandatory.

Candidates with experience in comparable cybersecurity platforms such as:

CrowdStrike | Microsoft Defender | Palo Alto Networks | Tenable | Qualys | Rapid7 | Wiz | Claroty | Nozomi | Splunk | ServiceNow SecOps

may also be considered where the underlying technical skills are transferable.

We are looking for engineers with strong technical foundations who can develop specialised expertise in cyber exposure management, security integrations and Armis-oriented technologies.

The development path can include:

Python Developer → Security Platform Engineer → Armis-focused Engineer → Senior Security Platform Engineer
