What You Will Do

• Co-Create the Company’s vision
• World-class execution: Help us get traction wherever necessary: Sales, Marketing, Tool implementation, Recruiting, Key Account Managing, Research, day to day operations or others. Very hands-on.
• Automate Processes with AI
• Prioritize: Juggle multiple conflicting priorities and decide what not to do
• Build a scalable organisation: Build processes that enable us to grow from a few to 20+ people efficiently

Bonus Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Track Record of Excellence: Experience at a Tier-1 tech company, top-tier finance/consulting firm, elite university background, entrepreneurship or previous VC Startup experience.
• Grant procurement: Being based in a jurisdiction with strong access to non-dilutive government funding and having the ability to secure grants or R&D credits.
• Commercial Network: An existing network of enterprise contacts, prospective clients or key partners.
• Capital: Ability and willingness to fund early operations alongside the founding team.

Equity: 5%-25%
Compensation: 0-2.000 EUR fix, 8.000 EUR-13.000 EUR variable.
