🚨 Hiring: Senior Platform Engineer – VMware & Kubernetes

📍 Location: Dearborn, MI

🏢 Work Arrangement: Onsite – 4 Days/Week

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer with strong hands-on experience in VMware, Kubernetes, Linux, cloud infrastructure, automation, and enterprise platform support.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

10+ years of overall IT experience
Strong experience supporting enterprise virtualization and cloud platforms
Hands-on VMware/ESXi administration and troubleshooting
Solid understanding of Kubernetes and modern container infrastructure
Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
Experience developing automation scripts and operational tooling
Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms
Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and application layers
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
Ability to work with cross-functional application and infrastructure teams
Strong documentation and communication skills
Must be available to work onsite 4 days per week
