Growth Intern

Useno is building a job search platform for students and new grads that helps them discover internships and find roles directly from company career pages.

We’re looking for college students across the United States and Canada to help us introduce USENO to more students this semester.

This is a flexible, remote opportunity built for students who want practical experience in content, social media, community growth, and startup marketing. No previous marketing experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Create and post short-form social content about student opportunities at least once per day
• Introduce Useno to students on your campus and online
• Share your personal referral link to help bring new students onto Useno
• Experiment with creative growth ideas across social media, student groups, clubs, and campus communities
• Provide feedback directly to our team on what students respond to and what could be improved

You can use whichever platforms and communities make sense for you, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, GroupMe, Reddit, student organizations, and campus groups.

Compensation

Compensation includes guaranteed pay for up to 2 hours of required work per week, along with referral commissions and milestone bonuses. Interns who consistently participate can earn $1,000+ over the duration of the internship.

Who Can Apply

• You must currently be enrolled at a U.S. or Canadian college or university
• You must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• You should be comfortable posting online

No previous experience, follower minimum, cover letter, or résumé is required.
